I made the above online order and the two cookies were omitted from the order which I did not discover until I got home.
The store is located 7.2 miles from my house is a 15 minute drive so I did not return that day.
On the 8th day of June I was in the area so I thought that I would swing by and get my cookies.
I was asked to provide a receipt at first which I did by handing the clerk my phone.
After about a five minute wait, the clerk came back to the drive thru window and said"I apologize for the inconvenience but since it has been a few days and you did not come back sooner, we cannot give you your cookies."
I asked to speak to the manager and the guy at the window CAME outside and approached my truck in a threatening manner.
That is when another guy came to the window and told the other guy to come back inside.
I did not get my cookies.
It was the most bizarre insane thing I have ever seen.

Almost every time I order from here they either forget the drink, chips, or both. They also proceed to slather 2 tbsp. At least of mayo and mustard even when you specifically ask for light mayo/mustard. It's actually fairly comical, considering how on the receipt they staple to your bag has your entire order w/instructions on it yet they always either forget half the order somehow or make the sandwich inedible. I'm NOT a picky eater but I just can't stomach a quarter jar a mayo on any sandwich. It's like when they're making the food do they even stop to consider, "would I eat this?" of course not. Absolutely no pride taken at all in all the locations I've eaten from especially ---1200 Cooper Point Rd SW UNIT 400, Olympia, WA 98502--- Beware of this specific location as it is the most abysmal one I've seen. If you dont believe me just order delivery from there with a couple special instructions and prepare to be absolutely ripped off, and disappointed.

Our employer ordered lunch for us! Effing horrible... 42 people agree the worst they ever ate... flaccid tasteless bread a few strands of lettuce. Nothing numbered all thrown together. Surprise tasteless meat... they forgot the meat in some... it all ended up in the trash! HOW CAN you SELL THIS stuff!

We ordered Jimmy John's about 3 nights ago in magna utah and I had a severe allergic reaction after eating part of the sandwich. My husband called to ask questions about the sandwich but they were vague and said that it couldn't have been their sandwich but that was the only thing that I ate. I will never eat there again nor will I recommend it to anyone ever.

How about 40 minutes for freaky fast delivery. When I called the store which is literally .1 miles away they said my order was 2nd on the list to be delivered. When I asked if forty minutes qualified for freaky fast delivery the "in-shopper?" said he couldn't answer that. Not the first time this particular location has been pathetic - #4053 On Rural/Baseline in Tempe. Never again

man just go to subway. the bread here is straight trash homie

We usually stop in at 801 Doug Davis Drive Ste B, Hapeville, GA 30354
The Sandwiches at this location will make your Tummy Totally Happy LOL

Wrote a review then i got a word back. They sent a virus to my phone. Amazing when a company treats you with bad service then treats you with a virus. I will never buy jimmy johns again and i will tell everyone about how you treat people.

I've never had a bad sandwich from any of your restaurants, but I tried that new chicken sandwich from the location in Sugar Grove, Illinois. It was AWFUL! Sorry I think you should pull it from menu! Btw the bread is key!

The food was good, but the manager was BAD. The manager refused to give me his name. When I sent the information to Jimmy Johns they asked me for my name, address, phone number, e-mail, and I think they wanted my blood type. Their manager said he is not required to give out his name. Do yourself a favor and avoid the Jimmy Johns at 5801 N May in Oklahoma City.
